JK The Home of Fine Foods endeavour to complete all deliveries to the following areas and timescales. JK The Home of Fine Foods will deliver to mainland UK.
You may select your preferred delivery date at the checkout and we will contact you if there is any issue with the date you have chosen.
ABERDEEN/ABERDEENSHIRE – Free delivery and local collection is offered within the AB postcode.
OUTWITH ABERDEENSHIRE – Free
If you are not home to receive your box, our couriers will leave the goods in your designated place that has been stated by you with your order. Once someone has taken receipt of the order or the courier has left your order in your stated designation we do not accept liability for loss or further delay of the goods. All orders within a 90 mile radius of Aberdeen will be delivered by JK’s privately owned fleet.
We pack all products in vacuum pack bags or sealed tray to ensure maximum freshness. Your meat is packed in a thick walled recyclable cool box surrounded by ice packs and insulated wrapping to keep your order at the optimum temperate during transit.
Returns
As we sell perishable goods we regret that we cannot cancel an order once payment has been taken. If for any reason you are not happy with your goods please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the situation whether it be by way of credit or replacement goods, this is entirely at our discretion. If you wish to make a complaint please email or call us via the ‘contact us’ link on our website, we will do our very best to respond as quickly as possible and try to resolve it. Your custom is very important to us and we are continually seeking to improve our service to you.
