Delivery Areas
We deliver exclusively to Aberdeen City and Shire, covering only AB postcodes. We are unable to deliver outside of these postcodes.
Delivery Day and Liability
If you are not available to receive your delivery, our couriers will leave the goods in the designated location specified with your order. Once the order has been received by someone or left at your specified location, we cannot accept liability for any subsequent loss or delay.
Packaging
All products are packed in vacuum-sealed bags or trays to maintain maximum freshness. Your meat is delivered in a thick-walled, recyclable cool box with ice packs and insulated wrapping to keep your order at the optimal temperature during transit.
As we sell perishable goods we regret that we cannot cancel an order once payment has been taken. If for any reason you are not happy with your goods please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the situation whether it be by way of credit or replacement goods, this is entirely at our discretion. If you wish to make a complaint please email or call us via the ‘contact us’ link on our website, we will do our very best to respond as quickly as possible and try to resolve it. Your custom is very important to us and we are continually seeking to improve our service to you.
